This dynamic ashtanga vinyasa flow class, taught by Nadia, is designed to challenge and nourish your body through a sequence of movements using breathwork. The class begins with a series of sun salutations to warm up the body and joints, followed by flowing sequences of standing and seated postures, core strengthening poses, balance poses, inversions, backbends and twists, improving your flexibility and strength.
Students should have prior experience attending yoga classes.
Yoga for Every Body
This yoga class, taught by Melanie, is suitable for everyone. Mats, bolsters, blocks, and blankets are provided. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Melanie's classes are $8/seniors, $12/general public. She also offers one-on-one private classes for $40 each.
Yoga with Helen/Melanie
Taught on alternating Wednesdays by Helen and Melanie, this yoga class is suitable for everyone. Mats, bolsters, blocks, and blankets are provided. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
