Childbirth Class Series

This will be a six-week birthing class. Pregnant women are encouraged to bring a partner or friend, but it is not required.
Birthing class is geared to Homebirth and Hospital Birth with an emphasis on avoiding unnecessary interventions.

Free Pilates Group

Pilates is a physical fitness system that develops strength in the body's core. It improves your mental and physical well-being, increases flexibility, and strengthens muscles.

Pilates Group consists of several enthusiasts who meet to keep in practice, and is free of charge.

Morning Flow Yoga

This is a level 1-2 class. We will move with the breath through vinyasa style flows working on strength, flexibility, proper alignment and deep relaxation.

Reiki Circle

Sharing the healing hands of Reiki, both givers and receivers welcome. Hosted by community.
