Chair Yoga with Nadia

Saturday, 3:30pm to 4:30pm

Chair yoga is an easy, gentle and safe practice. This class teaches many basic yoga poses and breathing techniques to improve mobility and strength. The chair replaces the yoga mat and becomes an extension of the body. This class also helps people with disabilities as well as those with limited movement or flexibility issues. There is no need to be flexible or to have prior yoga experience.
